Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in eight (8) ounces of juice of water and drink immediately. On workout days, take one (1) serving thirty (30) minutes prior to training and an additional serving no later than thirty (30) minutes post training. Loading Phase: For the first seven day of use, take on (1) scoop four (4) time daily (20g/day). Maintenance Phase: For days eight (8) through thirty (30), take one (1) scoop two (2) times daily (10g/days). Seize consumption for seven (7) days and then repeat this cycle.
